What We Believe

We are Torah observant, Spirit filled, seeking to honor HaShem and His coming King Y’shua. We believe it all started with His Word -the Alef-Tav, John 1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God”, “declaring the end from the beginning, and from of old that which has not yet been done, saying, ‘My counsel does stand, and all My delight I do,”, Isaiah 46:10.

Our doctrine statement is very simple, we do our best to follow the Torah, not man. We are not held to the traditions of the “church” or “rabbinic customs” when they conflict with the written Word. We are saved by grace, not the “Law of Sin and Death”, but we are most certainly under the “Law of God”, our instructions for life.

Ancient Paths
These Last Days are foretold within the Genesis Creation week with signs, Mo’edim, days and years. We strive to bring clarity to the original understanding of the Torah and guide the Believer back to the Ancient Paths the Prophet Jeremiah spoke of in

Jeremiah 6:16-17
16 Thus says the Lord: “Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is,
And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’ 17 Also, I set watchmen over you, saying, ‘Listen to the sound of the trumpet!’ But they said, ‘We will not listen.’

Basic Hebrew
Having an understanding of Hebrew is an eye opening journey into the creation of the universe -literally! Ancient Hebrew pictographs and their meanings will change the way you study and speak the Word of God. Goldie teaches beginner Hebrew classes to individuals and groups.

Shofar Clarion Cry
To be a “voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare ye the way of the LORD” by sounding of the Shofar with kavanah, the message of the Seven Voices of Psalm 29, the Seven Spirits of Adonai! We endeavor to spread the Good News of His soon King and Kingdom. A blast of the Shofar waking up the assembly and proclaiming the soon arrival of Messiah and a Yom Shekulo Shabbat – a Day of All Shabbat! Awake, arise!

My beloved responded and said to me, “Rise up, my love, my beautiful one, and come away.

“For look, the winter is past, the rain is over, gone.

“The flowers have appeared in the earth; The time of singing has come, And the voice of the turtledove has been heard in our land.

“The fig tree has ripened her figs, And the vines with the tender grapes have given a good fragrance. Rise up, my love, my beautiful one, and come away! Song of Solomon 2:10

And a Rod shall come forth from the stump of Yishai, and a Sprout from his roots shall be fruitful.

The Spirit of יהוה shall rest upon Him – the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of יהוה,

and shall make Him breathe in the fear of יהוה. And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, nor decide by the hearing of His ears. Isaiah 11:1-3

Saved by Grace

We are saved by grace through the redeemption of Yeshua The Pesach Lamb of God. God did not abandon, forsake, or forget His foreknown people Israel. Israel is God’s elect (Deuteronomy 7:6; Isaiah 45:4; Amos 3:2; Acts 13:17; Romans 11:1-2; 1 Peter 2:9-10; Revelation 7, 14; etc.).  He made a new covenant with the House of Israel (Jeremiah 31:31-33) at a second Shavuot 50 days after Yeshua as the Pesach once and for all, was crucified, buried and rose again, the “firstborn from the dead”.  “This Living Torah” was written by the same finger of God that wrote the Ten Words on stone tablets,  on the flesh of our hearts. As Believers with a now circumcised heart the Ruach Ha Kodesh is given to us as a seal with power and authority promised by the Father.

Forever Torah

We are not under the “Law of Sin and Death” but we are and always have been under the “Law of God”. We observe Torah as written, as best we can, learning and becoming obedient until the day of Messiah. The Hebrew word Torah (תורה) means “instructions for life, direction, or teaching”, not “law”. It comes from archery where a person is trying to hit the mark (as opposed to missing the mark [sin]).

New-er Testament

We firmly believe that the New Testament teaching didn’t originate as a new religion called Christianity, but was a continuation of historic Judaism with the new understanding that Yeshua (Jesus)1 was the Messiah. Further, we believe that the New Testament letters contain the application, the halakhah, of the Old Testament – elucidating righteousness for the people of God.
